Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refund:

2. Condition:Returned items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
3. Proof of Purchase:A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-Refundable Items:
- Items marked as 'Final Sale.'
- Used, damaged, or washed items.
- Items returned without original tags and packaging.

Process for Returns:

2. Return Authorization:Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization number and instructions for returning your items.
3. Shipping:You are responsible for return shipping costs unless it's due to product quality problems. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
4. Inspection:Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Issuance:
- Approved Refunds:Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
- Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at gfindservice@hotmail.com.

Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at gfindservice@hotmail.com and send your item to the return address provided by our customer service team.

Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’d receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
